Howard K. Fishman joins Smith Mazure as a Senior Associate of the firm.  He received his law degree from Cardozo School of Law cum laude in 1986 and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany.   Mr. Fishman was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Cardozo Law Review; his Law Review Note, The Relation Back of Claims Against Third-Party Defendants can be found at 7 Cardozo L. Rev. 281.  Mr. Fishman is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. 

Mr. Fishman has more than thirty years of experience litigating complex matters involving Construction Accidents, Insurance Coverage, Products Liability and Premises Liability.  Mr. Fishman has successfully argued appeals before the New York State Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Second Circuit, and the First and Second Departments in New York.
